About Rich P

since a young boy Rich P has loved dabbling in the kitchen.

Whether cooking dinner for two or hosting a Labor Day cookout for hundreds he’s happiest listening to Blues/Jazz and creating something special in the kitchen.

This love of food prompted him to growing his own herbs and veggies and incorporating them into his recipes.

A love for bbq and spicy food led to all kinds of experiments over the last twenty years with various sauces resulting in RichP’s Brine and Heat
